This is a strategic role within Learning & Talent, focused on identifying future skills requirements, developing impactful learning solutions and helping drive AI fluency and adoption across a large, complex organisation. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll lead the development of learning initiatives that equip employees with the skills needed to succeed in an evolving digital landscape.
