What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer support by resolving queries and connection issues efficiently.
• Engage proactively with potential customers who have shown interest via our website.
• Act as a brand ambassador, building awareness of our growing business across Glasgow.
• Utilise advanced tools to swiftly address customer issues—with expert support when needed.
• Manage inbound sales calls, identifying opportunities for upselling and customer retention.
