Customer Service Team Leader

Nuco Solutions are recruiting a confident Customer Service Team Leader to lead a busy Domestic Gas customer service team at a head office in Cheam.You’ll manage and support a team of CSOs, ensuring customers receive a fast, professional, and high-quality service across phone, email, and live chat.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll coach, motivate, and drive performance every day. Role and Responsibilities * Lead and support a team of Customer Service Operatives * Handle escalated customer queries and complaints * Drive performance and ensure KPIs are met * Coach, train, and develop your team through 1:1s and ongoing support * Manage rotas and ensure smooth daily operations * Promote a positive, high-energy team culture * Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues quickly Requirements * Previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role * Strong communication and people management skills * Confident coaching and developing others * Calm, organised, and solution-focused under pressure * Passion for delivering excellent customer service * Able to lead by example and motivate a team Benefits * £32,183.42 starting salary * Weekly pay (2 weeks in arrears) * 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays * Annual leave increases after 5 years * Training and development opportunities * Career progression potential * Supportive working environment * Mental health and wellbeing support * Cycle-to-work scheme
