The Role

As Chef de Partie, you will:

• Take responsibility for running your own section.

• Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard.

• Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards.

• Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen brigade.

• Assist with menu development and seasonal specials.

• Help support and develop junior members of the team.
