CNC Machinist – Luton

Salary: £44,500 (including shift allowance)

First Achieve is working with a global engineering manufacturer specialising in high-performance electric motors and pumps designed for use in high-pressure and high-temperature environments. These products support critical industries including nuclear, power generation, oil & gas, chemical, and clean energy sectors.

We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team based in Luton.

Key Details:

• Location: Luton
• Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (1 week early / 1 week back)
• Salary: £44,500 (inclusive of shift allowance)

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Experience with one or more of the following control systems preferred:
• Hurco WinMax 5
• Fanuc
• Mazatrol xwzovoh
• Siemens
