Exciting Opportunity | Customer Service Representative – Medical Devices | UK (Midlands/Yorkshire)

I'm currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative on behalf of a fast-growing, international medical devices company specialising in minimally invasive vascular treatment products.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic, agile team with a startup mentality backed by the structure of an established business.

Location: North Yorkshire (fully on-site, 8am–5pm)

Contract: Full-time (a part-time afternoon role is also available aswell)

Salary: £42,000–£45,000 + annual bonus + additional benefits

Start: ASAP


The Role

  • End-to-end order processing (quotation to invoicing)
  • Managing domestic shipments and logistics
  • Delivering high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Liaising with field staff and clinic contacts
  • Working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


Your Profile

  • Based in the UK Midlands or Yorkshire
  • 2+ years in order processing or customer service
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with ERP/Navision a plus
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage
  • Calm under pressure, team-oriented, and highly organised
