Role Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Import Coordinator in freight forwarding, specialising in Ocean imports. You’ll handle UK import shipments from start to finish and provide top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end import sea freight shipments
• Liaising with overseas agents, clients, and suppliers to ensure timely cargo dispatch
• Accurately managing shipments using CargoWise
• Ensuring timely receipt and processing of documents and customs clearance information
• Planning and organising final delivery in line with client needs
• Proactively track and trace shipments, addressing any delays or issues.
• Ensuring client SOPs are consistently followed
• Issuing accurate invoicing and job costing
• Building strong relationships with clients to maximise long-term xwzovoh business opportunities
