Ofsted Registered Manager

Overview: We are currently recruiting Ofsted Registered Manager on behalf of a reputable and growing care provider. This is permanent leadership role focused on maintaining high standards within established children’s residential homes. This opportunity is ideal for experienced Registered Managers or strong Deputy Managers ready to step up into a leadership role within a stable and well-supported environment. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the day-to-day operations of the residential home in line with Ofsted regulations * Ensure high standards of safeguarding, care delivery, and compliance * Manage and develop staff teams, including rotas, supervision, and performance * Oversee care planning, audits, incident management, and quality assurance * Maintain inspection readiness and support regulatory requirements * Build effective relationships with Ofsted, local authorities, and external stakeholders Requirements: * Minimum 2 years’ experience in children’s residential care * Previous Registered Manager experience OR Deputy Manager ready to progress * Strong understanding of Ofsted regulations and inspection processes * NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Leadership & Management (Level 5 desirable/support provided) * Strong leadership, organizational, and safeguarding skills Essential Criteria: * Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available) * Stable employment history within children’s residential settings * Ability to work on-site and take full operational responsibility
