You will play a key role in handling a complex and rewarding caseload, while contributing to the continued growth of a respected childcare law practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a caseload of public law children matters including:
• Care proceedings
• Supervision orders
• Emergency protection orders
• Representing children directly (Panel membership essential)
• Attending court hearings and liaising with guardians, social workers, and experts
• Providing sensitive, client-focused legal advice
• Supporting business development and maintaining strong local relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Children’s Panel Accreditation (essential)
• Strong experience in public children law matters
• Confident advocate with excellent case management skills
• Compassionate, resilient, and committed to achieving the best outcomes for clients
• A proactive mindset with the ambition to grow within a progressive firm
