AlertSystems is currently recruiting for a Sales Ledger Clerk position within the Finance Department (fully site based).
Sales Ledger role
Producing invoices and credit notes.
Chasing outstanding debt.
Dealing with customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
Running customer statements.
Customer credit checking.
Providing month end customer reports.
Ad hoc Admin duties including taking credit card payments over the phone.
Essential skills
Previous experience of working in Sales Ledger (minimum of 1 year).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Numerical competency.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Package
Annual salary: £26,000.
Hours: 37.5 per week, 08:30-17.00, Monday-Thursday & 08:30-16:30 Friday.
22 days holiday p.a. (increasing with length of service) + Bank Holidays + an extra day off for your birthday.
