Architectural Technician | Residential Developer | Dorset

They’re looking for an Architectural Technician to join their in-house team, working across a strong pipeline of residential projects (50–250 units) from planning through to technical delivery on live sites.

Role:

• Planning + technical drawings
• Supporting planning applications
• Working across multiple live residential schemes
• Site visits as required
• Office based in Dorset

You:

• UK residential experience essential
• Strong AutoCAD skills
• SketchUp / Photoshop / InDesign beneficial
• HNC / HND / Degree in Architecture or Construction
• Commutable xwzovoh to Dorset
