In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.We're looking for a visionary Head of Business Compliance to lead our crypto offerings through an ever-evolving regulatory landscape as we look to offer new features globally.You'll be a strategic partner, liaising with our product teams and second-line compliance to ensure we exceed legal requirements.If you thrive on solving complex commercial problems with innovative compliance solutions, we want to hear from you.What you'll be doingLeading the charge in steering our cryptoasset products through the complex regulatory landscapeDriving business compliance across all crypto entities and supporting crypto expansion into new marketsProviding expert compliance advice to business and product teamsBridging the gap between business and compliance, ensuring effective collaborationIdentifying and mitigating compliance risks proactivelyCollaborating with cross-functional teams to build policies that balance growth with legal requirementsEquipping product teams with the tools and knowledge to integrate compliance into their workManaging a team of Business Compliance ManagersWhat you'll needA degree from a top-tier university7+ years of experience in regulatory and business complianceExperience in a top-tier bank or fast-growing technology companyKnowledge of how to conduct regulatory gap analysisExperience creating and implementing policiesAn excellent understanding of how compliance risk and business risk interactExpertise on how to analyse and interpret complex dataHighly adaptable skills to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentThe ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple projects at once, and meet tight deadlinesExperience managing teamsA track record of outstanding achievement in different areasCompensation rangeVilnius: 6,000 - 6,300 gross monthly*Lithuania: 6,000 - 6,300 gross monthly*Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experienceBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
