Sub Agent – SC Cleared Location: Devonport Dockyard, Plymouth Employer: Tier 1 Contractor We are currently seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join a leading Tier 1 contractor delivering critical infrastructure works at Devonport Dockyard. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile defence-related projects within a secure environment. Key Requirements: Valid SC Clearance (essential) – candidates must already hold active Security Clearance Proven experience working as a Sub Agent on civil engineering or infrastructure projects Strong knowledge of site management, health & safety, and project delivery Experience working within regulated or high-security environments is desirable Excellent communication and leadership skills Responsibilities: Managing site operations to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget Supervising engineers and site teams Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders Supporting the Project Manager with planning and reporting What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work with a Tier 1 contractor on prestigious defence projects Long-term career progression within a secure and growing sector If you hold active SC Clearance and are looking for your next challenge within a Tier 1 environment, we’d like to hear from you
