Estimator / Quantity Surveyor | Heritage & Restoration | SW London | Permanent   I'm working directly with a specialist heritage and restoration contractor delivering façade restoration, refurbishment and conservation works to some of London's most architecturally significant buildings.   With a strong pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to appoint an Estimator / QS to support both pre-contract and post-contract activities across a diverse portfolio of restoration projects.   The Role Estimating and tendering heritage, restoration and refurbishment projects • Preparing subcontract enquiries and undertaking cost comparisons • Carrying out site surveys and tender assessments • Supporting the contracts team with valuations, variations and final accounts • Assisting with contract reviews, commercial reporting and dispute resolution where required • Working closely with senior management on bid submissions and client engagement • Office-based in SW London with site visits across London and the South East  What they're looking for Estimating experience within construction • Restoration, refurbishment or heritage experience desirable • Commercially aware and detail-oriented • Comfortable operating across both pre and post-contract activities • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Ambitious individual looking to broaden their experience within a specialist sector  The Business Specialist restoration contractor delivering projects up to £5m • Experts in Grade I & Grade II listed buildings, façade restoration and conservation works • Current projects include the Imperial War Museum, Slade School of Fine Art and Northington Grange • Strong repeat client base and long-established reputation within the sector • Supportive environment with training towards professional qualifications  Interested?
