?? Salary:Up to £65,0000 + 10% Bonus (paid quarterly)

We are working in partnership with our client, a growing and well-established provider of childrens residential care, to recruit an experienced Registered Manager for a home based near Stafford.

As Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the leadership and day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, safeguarding, and compliance are consistently achieved.

You will lead and inspire your team to deliver trauma-informed, child-centred care, while ensuring the home operates in line with its Statement of Purpose and all regulatory requirements.

• Lead and manage the residential home in line with relevant legislation, policies, and Ofsted requirements
• Ensure the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and young people at all times
• Deliver high-quality, therapeutic care that promotes positive outcomes
• Develop and implement service improvement and development plans
• Lead, supervise, and develop staff to maintain high performance and standards
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing effectively
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Prepare for and lead Ofsted inspections
• Work collaboratively with external professionals, families, and commissioning authorities
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and nurturing environment for young people
• Participate in the on-call rota and provide leadership support when required

• Proven experience in a senior role within a childrens residential setting
• Strong leadership xwzovoh and management skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Sound knowledge of safeguarding and childrens home regulations
• Experience working with children and young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties (EBD)
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage compliance, audits, and inspections effectively

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and Children & Young Peoples Services (or working towards)
• Demonstrable experience within a childrens residential home environment

• Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm
• Participation in on-call rota (1 in 9)
• Occasional overnight cover as required
