About the School Located in Andover, Hampshire, our school has the capacity for up to 60 pupils aged 5-18 with a range of complex needs. We provide a safe, supportive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued, respected and empowered.

The Role You will provide front-of-house reception duties and full administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school. You will be a key point of contact for staff, pupils, parents and visitors, helping to maintain a welcoming and professional environment.
Manage reception, calls, visitors and enquiries
Maintain school systems, records and calendars
Support meetings, correspondence and documentation
Assist with attendance monitoring and reporting
Liaise with staff, parents and external agencies
Support the wider school team with general administration tasks

Requirements
Strong communication and organisational skills
Experience in an administrative role (education desirable)
Experience using IT systems (SIMS desirable)
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
