About the role
Thruster Assembler
This is a hands-on assembly role working to detailed manuals and instructions to build thruster units to a high standard of quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble thrusters by following detailed assembly manuals and work instructions
Carry out electrical assembly tasks including crimping and basic wiring
Use computers confidently to access manuals, record work, and update systems
Handle components safely, including lifting items up to 25kg
Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and documentation requirements
Skills & Experience Required
Good level of computer literacy
Comfortable working to instructions and enjoying structured, manual-led assembly work
Electrical assembly knowledge, including crimping and basic wiring
High attention to detail and a methodical approach to work
Ideal Candidate
Enjoys following processes and structured instructions
Works accurately and takes pride in quality workmanship
Reliable, focused, and comfortable in a manufacturing / assembly environment
Previous experience in electrical or mechanical assembly is highly desirable.
