Experienced Recruitment Consultant – Business Development Focus Location: Erdington, Birmingham (B23) Salary: £26,500 – £30,000 DOE + Uncapped, Market-Leading OTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm MUST HAVE RECRUITMENT & SALES EXPERIENCE This is NOT a typical recruitment role… This is a business development-led opportunity for a commercially driven recruiter who thrives on winning new clients, opening doors, and building revenue streams from scratch.
