Salary - £52,000 – £53,000

We are currently recruiting for a skilled Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and highly stable manufacturing business based in Preston. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a modern site equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and cutting-edge systems.
The Role:
As a Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production by carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance across the site. You will be working on a newly implemented CMMS system, designed to streamline maintenance processes and improve efficiency.
Key responsibilities include:
Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance
Servicing and maintaining a wide range of modern production equipment
Using the new CMMS system to log work, manage tasks, and check stores
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with company standards
