Fork Lift Driver

Job Title: Forklift Driver Location: Dagenham Pay: £13.87 per hour Hours: 07:00am-16:00pm A company that redefines commercial vehicles is looking for a well-qualified Forklift driver! Key Responsibilities: Manoeuvring forklifts safely in a busy industrial environment Safely stacking and unstacking large quantities of goods onto shelves or pallets Moving goods from storage areas to loading areas for transport Unloading deliveries and safely relocating the goods to their designated storage areas Ensuring that forklift driving areas are free from spills or obstructions Regularly checking forklift equipment for faults or damages Using industrial plastic wraps and wooden pallets to safely stack and package goods for transport Keeping up to date on health and safety requirements and forklift operating procedures Consolidating partial pallets for incoming goods What are they looking for: Strong communication skills and a team player Prepared to support in the yard and warehouse Reliable and punctual Thrive on working in a fast place, high pressured environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team A passion to deliver results and drive to exceed expectations Professional approach and attitude Knowledge and Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a warehouse or on a construction sites operating forklifts Formal certification of a forklift licence Health and safety training
