Warehouse Operative

ARC Industrial are pleased to be working with a new client based on the outskirts of Norwich looking for warehouse operatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential for a permanent contract. Location: NR13 ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30 (Fixed shift – no weekends) Pay: £12.71-£14.24 per hour, weekly pay (PAYE/PAYE AUTO) Contract: Temp to Perm Due to Location, you will need your own transport to get to site – there are no public transport routes. What you’ll be doing: Picking and packing products on a production line Preparing goods for dispatch Carrying out basic quality checks Keeping your workstation clean and organised Following health & safety guidelines at all times‍♂ What we’re looking for: Previous experience in a warehouse or production environment is helpful but not essential – full training is provided Good attention to detail and the ability to work at pace A positive attitude and team spirit Reliability and commitment to regular shifts Benefits: Temp-perm opportunity available for the right candidate Monday-Friday (no weekends) Weekly pay at £12.71/£14.24 per hour (PAYE/PAYE AUTO) ASAP start for the right candidate Hiring multiple candidates 40 hours paid per week Weekly pay every Friday Interested?
