Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS) * Supported the class teacher in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through engaging, play-based learning activities. * Assisted in planning and setting up a safe, stimulating environment that promotes children’s learning and development. * Provided 1:1 and small group support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN). * Encouraged children’s social, emotional, and communication development through structured play and interaction. * Observed, recorded, and reported on children’s progress in line with EYFS framework requirements. * Supported behaviour management using positive reinforcement and nurturing strategies. * Carried out personal care duties, including nappy changing, toileting, and hygiene routines, ensuring dignity, comfort, and adherence to safeguarding policies at all times. * Built positive relationships with parents, carers, and staff to support each child’s development. * Ensured safeguarding and health & safety policies were followed at all times
