Responsibilities: • Perform venipuncture using straight and butterfly needles for blood specimen collection • Label, centrifuge, package, and store specimens according to established procedures • Greet patients professionally and clearly explain the collection process to ease anxiety • Ensure proper identification and matching of requisition forms with specimen tubes • Maintain compliance with OSHA, DEP, and laboratory safety regulations • Accurately document patient information, specimen data, and test requisitions • Respond to phone inquiries and communicate lab results as appropriate • Maintain cleanliness and safety of work environment and equipment • Attend required annual department training sessions • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management Qualification: • Associate's Degree Required Skills: • Must have at least 2 years xwzovoh of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

• Proficient in specimen collection procedures and blood draw techniques • Knowledge of lab protocols, safety regulations, and compliance standards • Ability to interact with patients professionally, calmly, and compassionately • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills Preferred Skills: • Prior experience in a high-volume or hospital-based lab setting is a plus • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
