WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Engage customers face-to-face as part of brand partner campaigns
• Identify business opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
• Develop key business skills — communication, negotiation, and client management
• Attend performance reviews and contribute to team strategy sessions
• Grow through a structured graduate development pathway

THE IDEAL GRADUATE

• Degree in business, marketing, economics, management, or related discipline
• Strong communicator with a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Motivated to earn through performance and grow through results
• Any degree welcome — what matters most is ambition and attitude
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
