Automotive Maintenance Technician

*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles to ensure their optimal performance and safety. *Duties* - Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections - Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using hand tools and power tools - Perform vehicle inspections to identify potential problems - Replace or repair faulty parts and components - Test drive vehicles to ensure proper functioning after repairs *Skills* - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs - Strong mechanical knowledge to diagnose and fix issues efficiently - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent attention to detail to ensure accurate repairs - Good communication skills to interact with colleagues and customers Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £35,000.00-£49,000.00 per year Benefits: * Company pension * Employee discount * On-site parking Licence/Certification: * City & Guilds Automotive (Time Served Technician) (required) * Driving Licence (required) Work Location: In person
