Senior Coffee Engineer – London Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE + Overtime Available Call Out: 1 Weekend in 4 We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Coffee Engineer to join a well-established and growing service team covering London. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with experience working on both traditional espresso machines and bean-to-cup coffee equipment, looking to progress within a senior role offering strong earning potential through overtime and career stability. The Role You will be responsible for the installation, service, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of commercial coffee machines across customer sites including cafés, restaurants, hotels, offices, and hospitality venues. Key Responsibilities Service and repair of traditional and bean-to-cup coffee machines Fault finding, diagnostics, and preventative maintenance Installation and commissioning of coffee equipment Delivering high levels of customer service on-site Managing workload effectively across the London area Supporting junior engineers where required Requirements Previous experience as a Coffee Engineer Strong knowledge of both traditional espresso and bean-to-cup machines Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills Full UK driving licence Strong customer-facing and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Package £40,000 – £45,000 basic salary Overtime available 1 weekend in 4 call out rota Company vehicle Pension scheme Ongoing training and development Career progression opportunities About Marble Talent As engineering recruitment specialists, we pride ourselves on the ability to turn aspiring candidates at the beginning, middle or towards the end of their engineering careers into successful, professional engineers place at the right companies.
