The Role

You will sit within a Retail Data and Insights team, acting as a link between data and the business.

Responsibilities include:

• Translating business questions into structured data problems
• Manipulating and preparing data using Python in a Databricks environment
• Working within shared DevOps code repositories
• Supporting the creation of high quality, standardised datasets
• Delivering insights through Power BI dashboards and reports
• Working closely with senior analysts for learning and development

Your Skills and Experience

• Degree in a numerical or analytical discipline such as Maths, Physics, Engineering, or similar
• Strong logical reasoning and problem solving ability
• Some exposure to coding, ideally Python, with R or MATLAB also considered
• Confidence working with data and ambiguity
• Focus on structured xwzovoh thinking rather than tools alone
