WhatYoullBe Doing
As a PeopleBusinessPartner,youllplay a key role in creating a high-performing, inclusive and values-led working environment.
You will:
- Provideexpert HR advice on employee relations, organisational change, wellbeing,inclusionand performance
- Work closely with leaders and the People & Culture team to deliver people plans aligned with Goldings strategy
- Contribute to people projects, policydevelopmentand data-led insights
- Act as a trusted partner and critical friend to senior colleagues

More About You
You will be:
- CIPD-qualifiedlevel 5 or more(or equivalent) with experience in a senior advisoryandbusiness partnering roles
- Skilled in managing complex employee relations and advising confidently at senior level
- Knowledgeable in employment law, people policy and modern approaches to engagement and inclusion
- A strong communicator, resilient,collaborativeand comfortable handling competing priorities
- Values-led, people-focused and motivated to help colleagues and culture thrive
When and Where You'll Be Doing It
- 37-hour week
- Salary circa £50,000, depending on experience
- Flexible hybrid working
- Collaboration time in ourbright, modern Maidstone office, designed for connection and creativity
