The Role You will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of accountancy services to Limited company clients, including bookkeeping, payroll, year-end accounts, and advisory support.
Your focus will be on developing strong relationships, understanding client needs, and converting warm and cold leads into long-term customers.
Key Responsibilities Engage with new and existing clients to understand their accounting needs Sell tailored accountancy packages to Limited companies Build strong, trust-based relationships quickly Manage your own pipeline and follow up on leads Deliver clear, confident communication across phone, email, and face-to-face interactions Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process Maintain accurate CRM records and activity logs What We're Looking For Previous experience selling accountancy or professional services (highly xwzovoh desirable) Strong understanding of Limited company accounting needs Excellent communication and rapport-building skills Confident, proactive, and able to work independently Target-driven with a positive, professional approach Able to start immediately and make an impact from day one Benefits £28,000 – £32,000 basic salary DOE commission Immediate start Supportive team environment Career progression within a growing firm INDEI
