Role & Responsibilities: Deputy Maintenance Shift Manager
To support the shift manager in leading the shift team
Demonstrate leadership and communication skills
To lead and support a maintenanceteam (electrical/mechanical)
To support, as required, scheduled repairs according to the manufacturer's recommendations
To support the diagnosis of Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic faults
To accurately record all work undertaken
Continuous improvement and enhancement opportunities
Adherence to the Quality processes and procedures
Demonstrate strong communication skills
Qualifications: xwzovoh Deputy Maintenance Shift Manager
ONC OR HNCin Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or BTEC Engineering, or Engineering Apprenticeship or Bscor Msc
Experience in previously managing a team is desirable
A working understanding of Mechanical, Electrical, & Electronic technical manuals & drawings
Basic knowledge of PLC equipment
