About the Role:

A reputable Top Legal 500 law firm in Cambridge is seeking an ambitious Residential Property Solicitor to join its welcoming team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident professional who can manage their own caseload while thriving in a supportive and collaborative office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

You will handle a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• Voluntary first registrations

About You:

The firm welcomes candidates from a variety of professional backgrounds, provided you are confident running your own files. This may include:

• Solicitors
• Licensed Conveyancers
• CILEX Lawyers
• Experienced unqualified conveyancers

You will ideally:

• Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within Residential Property
• Be comfortable managing your own caseload independently
• Be highly organised and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrate excellent communication xwzovoh and client care skills
