Location: Bridlington
Hours: Monday to Friday (occasional Saturdays when required)
Pay: £13.53 per hour

We're looking for an enthusiastic Operational Supervisor to help drive our depot operations in Bridlington. You'll play a key role in keeping everything running efficiently, leading a hardworking team, and ensuring our customers receive the high-quality service they rely on.
What You'll Be Doing Open and secure the site as a key holder, ensuring everything is safe, compliant, and ready for the day ahead
Support daily operations alongside the Operations Manager
Lead your team on shift, maintaining productivity and resolving issues quickly
Unload and check inbound deliveries, ensuring accurate stock handling
Manage stock replenishment and rotation (FIFO) to reduce waste
Oversee order picking and ensure efficiency and accuracy
Check and prepare orders for dispatch to meet customer expectations
Load company vehicles for next-day deliveries
Handle admin tasks and use systems (Accord & Crystal Reports) to track performance and stock
Manage the trade counter, including cash handling and till reconciliation
Maintain high standards in health & safety, compliance, and site cleanliness
Support transport operations, including route planning and driver compliance
Step up as deputy for the Operations Manager when needed
What We're Looking For A proactive, hands-on leader with great organisational skills
Experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Confidence using systems and handling admin tasks
A team player who can motivate others and lead by example
