About the Role

Looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?

As a Support Worker, youll provide person-centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs helping them live with independence, choice, and confidence.

No experience is needed we provide full training. What matters most is your kindness, compassion, and willingness to care.

Shifts

Flexible full-time and part-time roles, including:

  • Day shifts
  • Night shifts
  • Sleep-ins / waking nights
  • Every other weekend

What Youll Do

  • Support daily living, personal care, and life skills
  • Encourage social activities and community involvement
  • Help individuals build confidence and independence
  • Follow personalised support plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
