A well-regarded Somerset law firm is seeking an experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (5+ PQE) to join its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to handle a varied caseload of contentious probate, trust and estate disputes, while working closely with experienced Partners in a supportive and collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ PQE.
• Have experience managing a contentious probate caseload independently.
• Possess excellent client care and communication skills.
• Be commercially minded with an interest in business development.
• Be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team.
