Overview
We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join a well-established manufacturing site in Watford. This is a days-based role working a double days shift pattern, offering an excellent work-life balance with no nights or weekend working.
You will play a key role in maintaining and improving production equipment, supporting efficient operations and minimising downtime. This opportunity would suit an engineer who enjoys hands-on fault finding, problem solving, and working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

The Role
- Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a range of production equipment
- Fault find on electrical and mechanical systems
- Support equipment set-up and calibration activities
- Work closely with production teams to reduce downtime
- Contribute to xwzovoh continuous improvement initiatives across the site
About You
- Multi-skilled engineer with an electrical or mechanical bias
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, pharmaceutical or similar)
- Confident fault finding and working on machinery
- Calibration experience is beneficial but not essential
