The Role
Youll be responsible for leading the marketing function across three high-performing, design-led restaurants known for delivering authentic, contemporary dining experiences. Reporting directly to the founders, youll bring a strategic mindset, hands-on capability, and a passion for food culture. From digital campaigns to content creation, events to press outreach youll shape how the brand is seen, heard and experienced.
What Were Looking For
A minimum of 5 years marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle or consumer-led sectors
Proven track record of delivering successful multi-channel campaigns
Creative flair matched with commercial awareness
Comfortable managing external PR, digital, and creative partners
A passion for storytelling, visual identity, and brand development
Experience with email marketing, social platforms, content calendars, and paid media
