Shift: Saturday & Sunday, 08:00 16:00 (30-minute unpaid break)

Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a Warehouse Team Leader to join a busy and expanding company based in Swan Valley, Northampton.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced individual looking for a permanent weekend position, supporting warehouse operations in a mixed role that includes both logistics and customer-facing responsibilities.

You will be working with insulation boards and building materials, contributing to both warehouse efficiency and trade counter service.

As a Warehouse Team Leader, your duties will include:

• Supervising and supporting a small warehouse team
• Operating a Reach Truck when required
• Picking and packing building materials and insulation products
• Managing goods in/out and maintaining stock organisation
• Assisting with trade counter operations and serving customers
• Handling payments and overseeing customer transactions
• Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organised

Please note: Initial training will take place during the first week (Monday to Friday).

We are looking for candidates who:

• Have experience in a warehouse and/or supervisory role
• Hold a valid Reach Truck licence (preferred but not essential)
• Are confident in customer-facing situations
• Are reliable, punctual, and proactive
• Can lead by example and motivate a team
• Have strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Previous experience in warehouse, retail, or trade counter environments is advantageous.
