Our client, a large manufacturing business based near Brighouse have an immediate requirement to recruit a well versed CNC Turner.
Key Responsibilities:
Setting and operating for CNC Machines in the Company in-house machine shop
Setting and operating of single spindle CNC Machines
Inspection of colleagues an ones own work
Editing Fanuc controlled programs
Working within a team environment to achieve world class manufacturing
Ensure smooth transition between shifts
Strive to achieve improvement within the cell
Work to safe health and safety instructions
Skills/Experience:
Worked in similar environment / Industry
Be able to use engineering measuring equipment
Be able to read engineering drawings
Able to communicate effectively
Experience working with Stainless Steel and Exotic material
Ideal candidates will be apprentice trained engineers equivalent to NVQ Level 3
This is a permanent position where you will be expected to work a rotating early and late shift pattern.
Week 1 - 6am - 2pm Monday to Thursday & 6am - 11:30am on a Friday
Week 2 - 2pm - 10pm Monday to Thursday & 11:30am - 5pm on a Friday.
In return you can expect an hourly rate of £16.14+ 15% shiftallowance (£18.56 per hour).
This equates to a salary of £36194 before any overtime. xwzovoh
