Clinical Practitioner (Clinical Assessment Service).
Location: Anstey Frith House, Leicester Road, Glenfield, Leicester, LE3 8RN
Working Pattern: Weekend hours only, 15-25 hours per week (covering days, afternoons and evenings)
Salary: DHU Band 8a.0, £55,276 per annum (pro rata)

As a Clinical Practitioner, you'll provide expert telephone triage from within an urgent care setting, delivering fast, accurate clinical assessment and ensuring patients are prioritised and directed to the most appropriate care pathway. Working on site at the heart of the service, you'll support safe, responsive and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
You'll use advanced clinical judgement to assess symptoms, identify risk, offer evidence-based advice and make confident decisions to support high-quality outcomes. While working autonomously, you'll also collaborate closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to maintain patient safety, smooth patient flow and an excellent standard of care.
You'll be a Registered Nurse, Paramedic or Pharmacist (NMC / HCPC / GPhC), experienced in autonomous practice and clinical assessment, with strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to make clear, timely decisions.
