Senior Support Worker Childrens Residential | Trafford | OTE £41,000+
Were currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker to join a residential childrens home in the Trafford area.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new and growing provider , led by highly experienced managers with a strong track record in childrens care. With homes 2 and 3 already in the pipeline , this is a great time to come in early and be part of the journey.
The home is a 4-bedroom property , supporting up to 2 young people , allowing for a more focused, therapeutic approach to care .
The Role
Supporting young people with complex needs and challenging behaviours
Leading shifts and supporting junior staff members
Delivering high-quality, child-centred care
Working within a structured and supportive team environment
What Were Looking For
Minimum 2 years experience within a childrens residential setting
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)
Confident in leading shifts and mentoring others
Experience supporting complex needs / challenging behaviours
Passionate about making a positive impact on young peoples lives
Full UK driving licence xwzovoh (essential)
