This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded Building Consultancy team in Bristol, working with investors, landlords, occupiers and developers across a strong regional client base. You’ll be part of a collaborative and high-performing environment backed by a global consultancy platform, giving you access to major clients, cross-disciplinary teams and long-term career development. * Strong regional pipeline across the Southwest and Wales * Work with a diverse mix of investor, developer and occupier clients * Clear progression pathway within a global, market-leading consultancy About the role As a Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor, you’ll deliver a broad range of professional and project services across commercial property, taking ownership of instructions and acting as a key point of contact for regional clients. Key Responsibilities * Deliver core Building Surveying services including dilapidations, TDD, PPM, RCAs, schedules of condition and building pathology * Act as Contract Administrator and Employer’s Agent across refurbishment and maintenance projects * Manage and develop strong client relationships across investor, landlord, occupier and developer portfolios * Support and mentor junior surveyors within the team * Collaborate with colleagues across wider service lines including valuation, agency and project teams * Contribute to business development, client retention and regional growth initiatives About you, as the successful Building Surveyor / Senior Building Surveyor * MRICS qualified with relevant commercial consultancy experience * Strong experience delivering core professional Building Surveying services * Experience in project delivery (refurbishment, maintenance or CAT A/B works) * Confident communicator with strong client-facing and report-writing skills * Commercially aware, proactive and comfortable managing multiple instructions Benefits & Initiatives 🔑 * Up to £65,000 * Discretionary bonus scheme * Private medical insurance * Life assurance * Pension scheme * Hybrid and flexible working * 25 days annual leave + bank holidays (with option to buy/sell leave) * Enhanced parental leave policies * Employee assistance programme * Structured CPD and career development framework * Access to internal global mobility opportunities * + Many more If you are a Building Surveyor and would like to know more about this role, please give me a call and we can have an informal chat.
