In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day delivery of engineering maintenance within a prestigious commercial building located in Canary Wharf. You will manage both an in-house engineering team and a range of external contractors, ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Reactive Maintenance

Lead, support and motivate the onsite engineering team
Ensure full site compliance and safe working practices
Manage and monitor SLAs to maintain service excellence
Ensure all works are carried out in line with SFG20 standards
Record Keeping / Logbooks
Requirements 2391 Inspection and Testing
Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
18 th Edition
HVAP Desired
5 years experience in a similar position
Right to work in the UK
