General Practice Surveyor

Immediate requirement for a General Practice Surveyor with a Gloucestershire based Local Authority. £450 per day for the right candidate. 3-6 month assignment Hybrid role Duties and responsilbities are : * Property Management * Lease renewal/rent review and Landlord and Tenant work * Dealing with Service charges * Acquisitions and Disposals * Easements and Wayleaves * Property valuations * Provide advice and guidance to internal departments and external enquiries. * Ideally have Local Authority experience Immediste start is available , HOWEVER if notice is required the client will consider.
