Deliver structured, differentiated lessons that support students with autism

Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and families to support holistic student development
Contribute to the wider school ethos of inclusion, consistency, and student-centred learning
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Strong experience working with SEN students, particularly those with autism
Confident in adapting teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs
Calm, resilient, and passionate about inclusive education
A team player who values collaboration and continuous development
