Electrician - Social Housing (Maintenance) ?? OX17 3DZ - Banbury area (Oxfordshire) ?? £20.14 per hour (PAYE)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to work on a social housing maintenance contract covering Banbury and surrounding areas.

?? Duties:

Electrical maintenance, repairs and fault finding
Testing & inspection
Minor installation works
Working in occupied social housing properties
Completing job sheets and liaising with tenants

?? Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds in Electrical Installation
18th Edition
2391 Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)
PAT Testing (preferred)
Previous experience in maintenance or social housing
Full UK driving licence

Ongoing, long-term work
Full-time hours
Occasional overtime / call-outs may be required
