The Role:
Deliver engaging, creative, and highly differentiated lessons within a primary SEN setting

Work closely with support staff, therapists, and families to ensure holistic development
Use a range of communication strategies and SEN-informed practices to maximise student engagement and progress
The Ideal Candidate:
Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Strong experience working with pupils with SEN, particularly autism
Confident in adapting the curriculum to meet a wide range of needs and abilities
Patient, empathetic, and committed to inclusive education
A reflective practitioner who thrives in a supportive team environment
