We're seeking an experienced Mortgage Underwriter with strong self-build lending expertise to support a busy financial services client.

The Role:
Underwrite self-build and complex mortgage cases end-to-end
Make fast, accurate lending decisions in line with policy
Manage your own pipeline and deliver to SLAs
Liaise directly with brokers and internal stakeholders

What You'll Bring:
Proven track record in self-build underwriting (essential)
Experience across complex lending ( e.g. HNW, self-employed, BTL, HMO, development finance)
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Strong decision-making and communication xwzovoh skills

Details:
Competitive day rate contract
Remote with minimal onsite requirement (approx. once per month)
