About the role
We are seeking an experienced Care Professional to a join a well-established and highly rated domiciliary care agency as a Care Supervisor. This is an excellent opportunity for a care professional or team lead who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to take the next step in their career. The role will be based at the companys offices in Surrey but will also involve field visits, so the candidate must hold a drivers licence and have their own transport.

As a Care Supervisor, you will manage your own caseload, and ensure that every client receives safe, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity. You will play an active role in carer development and maintain excellent standards across all aspects of care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive initial assessments for new clients, including risk assessments and home environment checks. Develop individualised care plans and MAR charts, ensuring care is person-centred, in date and compliant with regulatory requirements. Carry out regular service reviews to ensure client needs are continually met and adapt care plans as needed, identifying any carer training needs . Ensure all care delivered is fully compliant with standards and internal policies. Act as the primary liaison with social services, GPs, hospitals, pharmacies, community nurses; including the management of hospital discharges, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating on-going care plans. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all assessments, plans, reviews, and communication records. Respond to changes in client conditions or family concerns, ensuring appropriate escalation and action.
Key Requirements
Proven experience within a domiciliary or other care setting.
Strong knowledge of person-centred care planning and risk assessment.
Excellent understanding of CQC regulations and best practice in care provision.
Previous office experience and proficient with Microsoft suite.
Outstanding people skills with empathetic approach.
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients and families.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Full UK driving licence with access to own vehicle. xwzovoh
