Job Title: Multi Skilled Operative  Job Type: 12-15 weeks (potentially longer)  Location: Corby, Kettering & Wellingborough areas  Rate of pay: Paye £17.90ph or Umbrella £24.48ph + company vehicle provided  Are you a Multi Skilled Operative looking for work? ARC are currently looking for a Multi Skilled Operative. For this position, you must have the following experience in: Carpentry Plumbing Tiling Plastering Bricklaying Fencing Flooring Groundworks The type of work will involve: Deliver reactive maintenance and repairs within occupied properties Complete standard repairs within a 30-day timeframe Respond to emergency callouts within 24 hours Carry out void property works to bring homes up to lettable standard Work efficiently across a high-volume housing portfolio You must have previous proven experience in social housing  Hours vary: 8am–4pm or 8:30am–5pm, with 3:30 finish Fridays (37 hours/week) BENEFITS OF WORKING FOR ARC Working with one of the leading Recruitment agencies with 18 years within the marketplace, recruiting for many of the region’s leading companies.
