Job Purpose The Fleet Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring full legal and operational compliance across a large vehicle and trailer fleet. The role leads fleet compliance activity, manages a small Maintenance Control Centre, and works closely with internal and external stakeholders to control Vehicle Off Road (VOR) levels, maintenance performance, and operating costs.
